Sundry gladly honors a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of the retail purchase or mail order ship date, if accompanied by the original receipt. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.

Promo codes cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion and are not valid on previous purchases, international orders or towards the purchase of gift certificates.

Forget to apply your discount code at checkout? Unfortunately, we aren't able to apply a discount to an order that has already been placed. However, we can cancel your order (must be before it ships) and you can place a new order with the discount applied.

While we can't make changes to orders that have already been placed, we can cancel an order as long as it hasn't shipped. A new order can then be placed with any necessary changes. Please email us at info@sundryusa.com for assistance.

If an item is listed as FINAL SALE at the time of purchase, it will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
