UNITED STATES RETURN POLICY

All unworn, unaltered and unwashed items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days* of the original purchase date. Items must be returned in the original condition, with original packaging and a copy of your packing slip.

Returns of swimwear will only be accepted with the original tags and protective liners intact.

If your items meet the requirements above, please ship back using our flat rate return shipping labels. A $6.95 fee will be deducted from your refund if you choose to use one of our prepaid return labels. (email info@sundryusa.com to generate a return label).

If you choose to not use our pre paid return shipping label, please ship your return to the below address (at your own expense) and include the return slip found in your package.

*All items marked down 50% or more are considered FINAL SALE. FINAL SALE items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Sundry monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.

We currently do not offer exchanges on International orders.

Any customs or import duties, brokerage fees or taxes paid on return shipments that pass through customs are the sole responsibility of the customer. All international clients are responsible for payment of return labels and all associated shipping fees.

If you would like to get a prepaid return label from Sundry, please email info@sundryusa.com with your order details. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund once received back. Please note that duties & taxes are nonrefundable.

Packages normally arrive to our warehouse in 1 week. Once delivered to us you can expect your return to be processed within 7-14 days.
