* Please note: Time estimates exclude holidays and weekends. PO Boxes can only be shipped to via SmartPost. Only 2-Day shipping is available for Alaska and Hawaii. 

RETURN POLICY
Any items purchased at full price online may be mailed back to our warehousing facility for a full refund within 30 days of original purchase. Items must be unwashed + unworn, with the tags attached. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. 

Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.

If you would like a different size or color, please return your unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.

Customers can ship the item(s) back to us at the address below, at your expense. Once we receive your package, we will promptly issue a refund in accordance with this policy. If you do not have the packing slip, please include the following information with your return:

-Your name and billing address.
-The name, address and ZIP code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift.
-The original purchase price and approximate date of the purchase.
-The item number of the merchandise, if available.

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item purchased from our website for refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. For the return of damaged or defective items, please email us at  info@sundryusa.com

PRICE ADJUSTMENT
Sundry gladly honors a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of the retail purchase or mail order ship date, if accompanied by the original receipt. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.
