Blouse is huge, so I wanted to return it and try an XS. However, making a return at Sundry is not easy. You have to email them and wait for a reply. The problem is that they won’t reply - at least not in a timely fashion. I’ve been waiting a week. Crickets. Meanwhile, the 30-day window of opportunity for a return is getting smaller and smaller. And they warn you against submitting multiple emails. I would probably love this in a smaller size - the fabric, color, and style are great. But the terrible customer service combined with a cumbersome return policy is a deal killer.
